Pathways to Engagement

The purpose of this program is to ensure the safety and well-being of families, especially children, in households terminated or likely to be terminated from TANF because of non-compliant sanction. In addition, Surviving Change provides services to encourage and facilitate sanctioned TANF parents to participate in appropriate WorkFirst services in order to 1} re-engage the parent and restore full WorkFirst participation, and 2} facilitate the family's access to community services.
